Ab Anfang Juni bis voraussichtlich 15. Juni wird unser Tech-Support kaum erreichbar und der reguläre Kundensupport teilweise eingeschränkt erreichbar sein. Viele Antworten auf regelmäßige Fragen gibt es aber auch in unserem FAQ und Online-Magazin.

Bestellungen über den Online-Shop werden über Fronleichnam und den darauffolgenden Brückentag nicht bearbeitet werden. Gebt uns also etwas längere Bearbeitungszeiten und habt Dank für Eure Geduld!

Dealers & Resellers

We are always interested in expanding our network of dealers and installation partners. Our partners benefit from special reseller conditions for parking heaters and all other products in our online shop. At the same time, we inform them by email about new developments and sporadically invite them to training courses. Our aim is to keep our dealers up to date with the latest product information and news and to enable them to professionally install our products and diagnose possible faults in training courses.

To set up a trader account, we require proof of trade (PDF, jpg) - in the relevant industry, of course - and all company information including VAT ID. The proof of trade can be uploaded during registration if "dealer" was selected at the beginning of the registration process. After checking the proof of trade, we will release your registered account for trader conditions. The check is carried out manually during our support hours, i.e. a registration on Saturday will only be released on Monday. After successful activation you will receive an email from us.

This means that after registration you can immediately see the dealer prices in the shop and order at these prices and will receive special dealer information by email in the future.
