From May 27 - June 05 we are in Bad Kissingen. During this time the general support is very limited and the technical support is not available by phone or by email. Shipping for store orders will take place as usual, except May 30 (public holiday in Germany).

We always try to include all information available to us about the articles in our shop. Is the detailed product description - and not only the preview or short description - already known? Often the information you are looking for can be found by scrolling down a little in the item description. Are article specifications still missing in our shop? Of course we are not infallible and data have sometimes not been included in the shop or the manufacturer has simply provided only a few details. In this case, please contact us and expect a little processing or research time. We will find out, get back to you and then complete it in the shop. If there is still a need for advice beyond the information provided in the shop, our brochures or our FAQ - please feel free to contact us with specific questions!

If questions arise about articles already delivered, their operating instructions should provide the answers. The manuals come with the articles or are available for download on the respective product page in the shop. Our tech support can try to help if installation or operating instructions are not clear or helpful. In these cases we ask you to let us know where there are problems with the instructions. For self-builders, we assume adequate basic knowledge of the car and a proper workshop equipment. In case of uncertainties, advice and support from specialist workshops should be sought, as the functionality of most of our technical products depends on professional (!) installation. Installation errors can lead to defects in the equipment or, in the worst case, can become a danger to the vehicle and its occupants.

Almost all products in our shop can only be ordered if we have them in stock and will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Exceptions are e.g. electrical systems (tiger2power), which we usually sell only after personal contact, the employee will then also inform you about the delivery times. Very often the chances are good that orders with payment received by noon are packed the same day. Then it is in the hands of the shipping service provider or the chosen shipping method. Exceptions to the rule are of course Christmas and Easter, but also trade fair times and the like - or at the moment the pandemic.

If we know a halfway binding delivery date, this will be displayed in the online shop. Experience shows that it can vary by a few days. However, often enough we do not receive a binding statement from the manufacturer and supplier. In this case we can only refer to the notification function in the corresponding article: just leave your email address and you will automatically receive a message when everything is back and ready to be ordered!
You can find the button for this notification, where the shopping cart button usually is, if the article was available. If we offer the product in different variations, make sure to choose yours and then hit the button an enter you emailaddress for the notification.

Our Autoterm installation partners can be found under this link (but most of them are in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, sorry!). Among them are some vehicle fitters who, in addition to heating systems, also implement other vehicle fitting-out projects. When it comes to more extensive expansion and conversion projects, we can recommend that you visit trade fairs and meetings to make personal contact with the conversion companies and see who suits you best.

We have a shop category SALE, where you can find offers at special prices, there are sporadic discount campaigns and of course there are dealer conditions (see FAQ Dealers & B2B). We do not have quantity discounts to end customers or similar discounts. Our prices are based on our performance and the service we offer with our team. Customer service includes technical advice or, in case of an emergency, smooth warranty processing.
