External Temperature Sensor for Autoterm Heaters
This temperature sensor can be used with the Comfort Control or Touch Control panels to regulate room temperature based on a location other than where the control panel itself is mounted.
When this sensor is connected, the Simple Control Panel—which lacks an internal temperature sensor—switches from power-based operation to temperature-based regulation.
One external temperature sensor can be connected per heater.
The cable length is 5 meters.
Compatible with Autoterm Air 2D and 4D (formerly Planar 2D and 44D).
Optional matching cover: Part number 39033
Important note: When operating with the external sensor, the heater maintains a 5-degree offset from the target temperature. This means that if you want a temperature of 20 degrees, you must set it to 25 degrees.
