NOT combustion air, this is the intake air that heats the room!
This silencer is meant to be mounted on the intake side of the heater and it significatly reduces the noise induced by air flow. Since the fan is on the imtake side, the effect of a silencer is the greatest on this side. If you have the space, feel free to add silencers to the hot air side, too, but of you have space for only one, we recommend starting with the intae silencer kit.
This kit contains a small piece of 60mm pipe to connect to the Planar 2D intake side. For the hot air side we also sell the silencer separately!
