Retractable cold water faucet made of high-quality stainless steel

Elegant design and high-quality materials meet newly conceived functionality. This cold water faucet can be retracted completely into the basin* and saves space. The matching Queensize Camper sink can be installed with its rim UNDER the countertop, so that together with the faucet you get a completely flat surface that can be covered with the countertop cutout.  

Swivelling and foldable

With a swivel range of 360° or 90°, the faucet can be retracted completely into the QC sink. With no faucet in the way on the work surface, many new uses open up even where the (covered) sink is located -  whether as a shelf or, for example, when the bed is pulled out over the surface at night, and so on.

Now new with a detent every 45°. And in case the spout should sink onto the bottom of the sink while driving, a rubber ring is fitted at the end of the spout.

Switch

The on/off switch with latching function is located directly on the rotating part. It is rated 5A at 230V and so switches your submersible pump directly on and off. It is of course IP67 waterproof, and thanks to its position in the sink your countertop does not get wet when you operate the faucet.

Volume control (optional)

Optionally, you can add a new aerator with the following features:

• Rotatable: this way you reach every corner of your sink and can clean it comfortably
• Dual-jet nozzle: as with the Queensize Camper shower set, this aerator now also has two jet types
• Volume control: to reduce the flow volume, the aerator has a volume control. You can adjust the jet continuously between 20 and 100%, independent of the temperature setting of the mixer cartridge.

Connection

Also new is the connection area, angled by 90° right from the start - so you need very little installation space next to the sink wall.

The connection is made with a 10mm hose barb on the flexible hose. A check valve is installed right under the hose barb so that the water does not keep running back through the submersible pump into the canister and you do not have to wait longer every time until the water comes again. Of course you can also simply remove this check valve.

A 32 mm hole saw is included. The diameter is the same as on the Queensize Camper hot water faucet, so you can upgrade to the hot water version at any time later if you retrofit a hot water supply.

System pressure

The product has a maximum system pressure of 4 bar and a recommended minimum pressure of 1 bar. When using a submersible pump, you should choose a pump with e.g. 2.1 bar.

Important operating note: When the cold season brings the possibility of frost, please always drain the faucet completely of water! The best way is to blow air through the spout, keeping the check valve in mind – so in the direction in which the pump pumps. And/or unscrew the aerator so that all water can run out of the spout when the spout is swung into the sink.
