We are happy to be there for our customers! But sometimes the enquiries and thus the processing times are increasing. Or we are at trade fairs or in the workshop and therefore more difficult to reach by phone or email...We have therefore summarised the most important recurring questions in our help centre, so that here you may find the answer to the question or the solution to the problem at hand, without having to wait in the telephone queue or wait for an email answer.
