Hot Water Connection Kit for tigerexped Boilers

Secure connections even at high temperatures.

Depending on the installation and the TSR settings, the hot water outlet of the boiler can reach temperatures above 90 °C. Standard (drinking) water hoses and plastic connectors / quick-connect systems are not designed for such temperatures – they can deform from the heat, which may lead to leaks.

To ensure your hot water system remains safe, reliably sealed, and temperature-resistant, we developed this Hot Water Connection Kit. It contains all the components you need for a temperature-proof connection between your boiler and the thermostatic mixer – and from there into your water system – including high-temperature silicone hose, matching fittings, and hose clamps.

The special silicone hose is heat-resistant up to 150 °C. All hose fittings are made of brass, and the hose clamps are high-quality stainless steel with full circular sealing. Teflon tape for sealing the metal threads is included in the kit.

From September 2025 the Hot Water Connection Kit is includet, when purchasing a Warmduscher-Kit 2.0 and does not need to be ordered separately.

What this means for scope of delivery UP TO September 2025:
The Warmduscher kits have already been excellently equipped up to that point, including a standard stainless-steel braided hose (as used in household installations) for a heat-resistant connection between the boiler and the thermostatic mixing valve.
The Hot Water Connection Kit is designed to make installation even easier, eliminate potential errors (e.g. recurring accidental damage to the seal in the braided hose), and better cover even the seldom-used adjustment ranges of the boiler and TSR.

Conclusion:
The Hot Water Connection Kit makes handling even easier and keeps you on the safe side at all times. We therefore clearly recommend using it when integrating any hot-water boiler, whether with or without the Warmduscher-Kit 2.0. This recommendation does not call into question the previous scope of delivery of the Warmduscher kit, which was already above average in its equipment. The Hot Water Connection Kit is part of our ongoing effort to keep improving the usability of our products.

Scope of Delivery

• 1x Thermal Mixing Valve
• 1× Brass screw fitting for the hot water outlet of the boiler
• 1× Roll of Teflon tape (for permanently tight threaded connections)
• 3× Brass hose fittings with male thread (for the thermostatic mixer)
• 1× T-piece for integrating into the cold water line
• 1× Red silicone hose (approx. 1 m, up to 150 °C, for hot water connection)
• 1× Blue silicone hose (approx. 0.5 m, up to 150 °C, for cold water feed)
• 1× Straight hose connector
• 6× Stainless steel hose clamps with screw-tightening (for all silicone hose connections)
• 2× Smaller stainless steel clamps (for the interrupted cold water line)

Note: The included clamps are optimally matched to the material – please do not replace them with other types of clamps!
