Littelfuse MDB 3-Way MIDI Fuse Distribution Box
Three fused outputs, one shared supply: The Littelfuse MDB combines power distribution and fuse protection in a sealed enclosure. Rated for up to 200 A total continuous current and 58 V DC, with IP67 / IPX9K protection when correctly installed, it provides a compact solution for high-current installations. Cable seals and caps are included.
Distribute power and protect each circuit
The Littelfuse MDB accommodates three MIDI or BF1 bolt-down fuses in a single enclosure. An internal busbar distributes power from the supply cable to three individually fused outputs. This lets you neatly group connections to a DC-DC charger, a secondary distribution panel and other high-current components.
The distribution box supports a maximum total continuous current of 200 A. This rating applies to all outputs combined, not to each fuse position. Select the fuses to suit the connected cables and circuits.
Protection against water and dirt
When correctly installed, the sealed enclosure provides IP67 and IPX9K protection. It is dust-tight and protected against temporary immersion and high-pressure steam-jet cleaning, allowing installation near the battery or in locations exposed to moisture and dirt.
The yellow AssureLatch clips hold the cover securely closed and open for fuse replacement. A tether connects the cover to the base to prevent loss during servicing. Spare fuses can be stored inside the cover, while the outside provides space for a circuit identification label.
Cable seals included
The 04980933.X version includes cable seals and retaining caps for the input and outputs, plus a blanking plug for an unused cable opening.
For a reliable seal, the seals must match the cables used. Slide the caps and seals onto the cables before crimping the ring terminals, and secure the connected cables against strain and movement.
