Webasto Fuel Fix Fuel Pick-Up
How it works:
Use the supplied drill bit to make a hole in the top of your fuel tank. It’s best to hold a vacuum cleaner directly at the drilling point to prevent any shavings from falling into the tank.
The Fuel Fix fuel pick-up is trimmed so that it sits securely in the tank without reaching all the way to the bottom – this prevents it from drawing in water or debris.
Insert the correctly cut Fuel Fix into the tank and tighten the Torx screw until it breaks off. Hold the Fuel Fix firmly while doing so to ensure it doesn’t twist or move.
For the fuel line between the Fuel Fix and your heater, we also recommend installing a small pre-filter. This ensures that your heater is supplied with clean and reliable fuel.
