AUTOTERM Baltica System – Compact All-in-One Heating and Hot Water Solution
A well-designed complete solution for the central heat supply in your vehicle. Instead of combining individual components, this system integrates a water heater (Flow 5D) and a 13-litre expansion tank with two 800 watt heat exchangers. Can be used as a water heater, interior heating system via water-air heat exchangers and engine pre-heater in one unit.
Advantages at a Glance
- Combination of water heating, cabin heating and engine pre-heating
- Integrated 13 L tank with heat exchanger and 1.1 bar expansion valve
- Fast hot water supply (approx. 6–10 minutes)
- Two additional 800 W heating elements
- Compact design
- Suitable for campers, expedition vehicles and boats
The AUTOTERM Baltica System is based on a liquid-operated heating circuit: a connected water heater heats the coolant, which can then be used for various applications – from hot water supply to cabin heating. Two integrated 800 W heating elements provide additional support when required, for example when connected to shore power.
Fast Hot Water and Flexible Use
An integrated 13-litre expansion tank with plate heat exchanger ensures that hot water is available just a few minutes after start-up. Hot water is typically ready within around 6–10 minutes at 3.5 L/min.
This makes the system ideal for:
- Hot water supply in campers and expedition vehicles
- Cabin heating via heat exchangers
- Engine pre-heating in cold temperatures
Well-Designed System for Mobile Use
The Baltica System is designed for easy integration. All important connections and components are already logically arranged and prepared. These include:
- Connection for an additional coolant circuit
- Cold water inlet and hot water outlet
- Return line to the heater unit
- Thermostatic mixing valve for constant water temperature
- Safety pressure valve
Thanks to this structure, the system can be used both as a standalone unit and integrated into existing water heating systems.
Convenient Control
The system is controlled via a separate control panel. This allows you to:
- Control water and cabin heating
- Set automatic start/stop functions
- Set individual timers for different heating modes
- Keep track of the operating status at all times
For users who consciously choose a hydronic heater, the Baltica System can be a suitable all-in-one solution.
If engine integration is also important, this can easily be implemented using an additional plate heat exchanger.
