The Renogy Pro Underseat LiFePO₄ Battery 12.8V 500Ah is a high-capacity energy storage solution for demanding mobile power systems in motorhomes, caravans, and other off-grid applications. Its housing is designed for installation under RV seats, combining very high capacity with a form factor optimized for this mounting space.

Built on lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) chemistry, the battery is engineered for long service life. It delivers a cycle life of 3500 cycles at 80% DoD. With a rated capacity of 500 Ah, it provides approximately 6400 Wh of energy.

An integrated smart Battery Management System (BMS) provides reliable protection and monitoring during operation. Integrated Bluetooth enables convenient real-time monitoring of key battery data via the Renogy DC Home App.

Designed for high-demand systems, the battery supports strong current capability: up to 200 A maximum continuous charge current and up to 250 A maximum continuous discharge current. For short bursts, a 300 A peak discharge current (10 s) is supported.

The integrated self-heating function supports reliable charging at low temperatures. For use in typical mobile environments, the battery is rated to IP65.

The battery features a CAN bus interface for communication with compatible inverters, chargers, and energy management systems. Via the CAN bus, key operating data such as state of charge, voltage, current, and status information can be transmitted directly to connected devices. This enables integrated control and monitoring within appropriately designed power systems.
