Victron Orion-Tr 24/12-5 (60 W) DC-DC Converter
The Victron Orion-Tr 24/12-5 is a compact DC-DC converter that provides a stable 12 V output from a 24 V DC power system. It is the ideal solution for vehicles, boats and other 24 V applications where reliable power is required for 12 V equipment.
With a continuous output of 5 A (60 W), the Orion-Tr supplies smaller 12 V loads with a regulated output voltage, ensuring reliable operation even when the input voltage fluctuates or voltage drops occur along the wiring. Its high efficiency of up to 95% minimizes energy losses and heat generation.
Thanks to its compact design, the converter can be installed in almost any location. Robust screw terminals allow for quick and secure installation without special tools. When mounted with the terminals facing downward, the enclosure provides an IP43 protection rating against water spray.
