1. HPBC cells – more energy per module area

At the core of the black tiger PRO modules are HPBC solar cells (Hybrid Passivated Back Contact).

With this cell architecture, all electrical contacts are located on the back of the solar cell. This eliminates shading on the front caused by conductive tracks – the entire cell surface is available for energy generation.

This design enables very high efficiencies and particularly high energy yield per module area – a crucial advantage on the limited roof space of campers and vans.

4. Maximum roof space utilization & minimal susceptibility to defects

Like all tigerexped solar modules, the black tiger PRO panels are specifically designed for use on vehicles.

At the same time, we deliberately keep the modules compact to reduce susceptibility to microcracks caused by vibrations and impacts while driving.
